By adding the special cement additive for grouting into common cement paste, on the premise of ensuring the fluidity of the common cement paste, the setting time of the common cement paste is adjusted, the water dispersibility resistance and the setting rate of the common cement paste are improved, the pressure bleeding rate of the common cement paste is reduced, the construction period is shortened by 30% or above, and the grouting reliability is improved by 30% or above.
