The invention relates to modified masonry slurry for an immature soil wall and a preparation method of the modified masonry slurry, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The slurry comprises the following components: raw soil, glutinous rice glue, an acrylic emulsion, instant glue powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water. The modified masonry slurry has good mechanical properties, after the modified masonry slurry is used for masonry of a raw soil wall, the shear strength of the modified slurry can be improved by 53.8%, meanwhile, the compression resistance and the fracture resistance of a test block prepared from the slurry are improved by 31.4% and 23.5% respectively, and the ductility and the deformability of a raw soil test piece are improved. The slurry can improve the bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance of the immature soil building in practical application, reduces life and property loss of residents, can be returned to the field for use after the immature soil building is demolished or abandoned and collapsed due to the expiration of the designed service life, and does not cause pollution to soil. The preparation method of the slurry is simple, easy to operate, wide in raw material source, easy to obtain, low in cost and suitable for expanded production.
