The repair mortar is prepared from 400 to 500 parts of special cement, 0 to 60 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 400 to 500 parts of aggregate, 30 to 40 parts of redispersible rubber powder, 2 to 5 parts of fiber, 0.6 to 1.0 part of cellulose ether, 2.3 to 6.9 parts of other auxiliary agents and 160 to 180 parts of water, wherein the other auxiliary agents comprise 2 to 5 parts of a retarder and 0.3 to 0.8 part of an early strength coagulant, and optionally comprise 0.2 to 0.6 part of a water reducing agent and 0.2 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent. The waterproof and anti-seepage agent has good compatibility with concrete and high bonding strength, the corrosion resistance and the waterproof and anti-seepage performance of a concrete structure are improved, meanwhile, the concrete repairing procedures are reduced, the construction period is shortened, the durability of the concrete structure is improved, and the service life of the concrete structure is prolonged.
