The invention relates to the technical field of road pouring, in particular to a road pouring semitrailer for cement stirring, paving and compacting. The road pouring semitrailer comprises a traction semitrailer mechanism, a stirring and paving mechanism and a compacting mechanism; the stirring and paving mechanism comprises a stirring box; the stirring box is internally provided with a vertically through stirring cavity, the lower side of the stirring cavity is provided with an opening cavity, a connecting shaft is slidably connected into the lower wall of the stirring cavity, and one end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a linkage bevel gear. The semitrailer can be hung on the cement mixer, the semitrailer is driven to move and cement is poured through movement of the mixer, and stirring, paving and subsequent compaction of the cement are driven through movement of the semitrailer; and the situation that cement needs to be manually paved and a road needs to be compacted after the cement is dumped by the cement mixer is avoided, and the overall efficiency of road pouring is improved.
