A long-span bridge health state monitoring device disclosed by the present invention comprises a support, a first motor, a through hole opening and closing control mechanism, a battery pack, a signal transmitter and a reflective stripe; a water collection tank is formed in the top of a bearing table, the through hole opening and closing control mechanism is fixed on a filter plate, a water pump is fixed at the inner bottom of a water storage chamber, and the connecting pipeline penetrates through the rear side of the bearing table and is connected with a spray head; a groove is formed in the inner top of the bearing table, and the bottom of a second electric telescopic column is connected with a wiping cotton block. According to the long-span bridge health state monitoring device, the monitoring camera can monitor the health state of a bridge in real time, it is guaranteed that the health state of the bridge is good, the signal transmitter can transmit images shot by the monitoring camera to an external control system, remote observation and control are facilitated, and the direction and the angle of the monitoring camera can be adjusted in the process of using the monitoring camera, so the monitoring effect is more comprehensive.
