The four fixing rods are all fixedly installed on the first frame ring, and the four fixing rods are evenly distributed in a circular array mode. The second frame ring is fixedly mounted at the top ends of the four fixing rods. The landscape green plant pot is arranged in the second frame ring. The equipment has the advantages of being highly integrated, relatively good in aesthetic property, simple and easy to install, relatively low in operation and maintenance cost and capable of effectively aiming at blue-green algae.
