Inclined prefabricated steel pile foundation pit supporting system with supporting and excavating functions and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an inclined prefabricated steel pile foundation pit supporting system with supporting and excavating functions and a construction method thereof. The supporting system is composed of a foundation pit retaining structure, inclined prefabricated steel piles, a pile top beam and recharge concrete. The supporting system can solve the problem that the distance between a foundation pit excavation side line and a land red line is required to be at least 5m in the construction operation range of inclined pile driving machinery, and the prefabricated steel pile inclined supporting piles are formed by connecting a plurality of single prefabricated steel piles through welding or flanges. The length and the cross section area of each single prefabricated steel pile can be adjusted according to actual requirements. After the prefabricated steel piles are pressed into a soil layer to reach the designed elevation, concrete is poured into the prefabricated steel piles, and the compressive property of steel and concrete is fully exerted. After a foundation pit is completed, the upper steel piles can be repeatedly used after being cut, and the supporting system has the advantages of being simple in construction, high in efficiency, capable of saving cost and the like.
