The invention discloses a prefabricated transverse frame beam, a frame structure and a construction method of the frame structure. The prefabricated transverse frame beam comprises a prefabricated lower-layer beam, prefabricated beam side plates and an upper-layer beam; and the prefabricated beam side plates are vertically arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated lower-layer beam, a channel is defined by the prefabricated beam side plates on the two sides on the upper surface of the lower-layer beam, the channel is filled with the upper-layer beam, and a plurality of longitudinal beam connecting openings are reserved in the prefabricated beam side plates. The longitudinal beam connecting openings used for placing prefabricated longitudinal beams are reserved in the prefabricated beam side plates, during construction, the prefabricated longitudinal beams are placed on the longitudinal beam connecting openings, at the moment, the prefabricated lower-layer beams can serve as temporary supports of the prefabricated longitudinal beams, and temporary supports in the construction process of the fabricated structure are reduced, so that the prefabricated transverse frame beams and the prefabricated longitudinal beams rapidly form a frame system. Compared with a steel-concrete composite structure, by adopting the technical characteristics, the operation procedures of welding (bolt connection) and the like on site on the steel structure are avoided, or arrangement of a grouting sleeve in a precast beam is avoided, and the workload of site operation is correspondingly reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制横框梁、框架结构及其施工方法,预制横框梁包括:预制下层梁、预制梁侧板和上层梁;预制梁侧板垂直设置在预制下层梁的两侧,两侧的预制梁侧板在下层梁的上表面围成一通道,通道填充有上层梁,预制梁侧板预留有若干纵梁连接口。在预制梁侧板上预留有用于搁置预制纵梁的纵梁连接口,在施工时,将预制纵梁搁置在纵梁连接口上,此时,预制下层梁可作为预制纵梁的临时支撑,减少了装配式结构施工过程中的临时支撑,使得预制横框梁与预制纵梁快速形成框架体系,相对于钢‑混凝土组合结构,采用的上述技术特征避免了现场对钢结构的焊接(螺栓连接)等操作程序,或免除在预制梁内设置灌浆套筒,相应的减少现场作业的工作量。
