The high-heat-preservation folding house is provided with a supporting reference part, and house plate sets capable of being folded, stored and unfolded are arranged on the two sides of the supporting reference part respectively; each house plate set comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear plate and side plates; the supporting reference part comprises an upper base plate, a lower base plate, a front side supporting plate and a rear side supporting plate, the front side of the upper base plate and the front side of the lower base plate are connected and fixed through the front side supporting plate and form a support, and the rear side of the upper base plate and the rear side of the lower base plate are connected and fixed through the rear side supporting plate and form a support; the top plates and the bottom plates are rotationally connected with the side edges of the corresponding sides of the upper base plate and the lower base plate correspondingly; the front plates and the rear plates are rotationally connected with the side edges of the corresponding sides of the front side supporting plate and the rear side supporting plate correspondingly; the side plates are rotationally connected with the side edges, away from the rotational connection positions, of the top plates or the bottom plates in the house plate sets. During unfolding, a high-heat-preservation space is formed between the plates through mutual buckling, sealing and matching of a first clamping hook, a second clamping hook, a third clamping hook and a fourth clamping hook.
