The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete member connection, and particularly relates to a connecting structure and a connecting method of concrete slabs. According to the connecting structure, connecting parts are ensured to be firm and sealed, and the connecting structure has the same compression resistance and tensile property as the plate body. The connecting structure comprises a steel connecting pull rod, a steel box sleeve A and a steel box sleeve B, wherein one end of the connecting pull rod is provided with external threads, the other end of the connecting pull rod is a T-shaped end part, the steel box sleeve A comprises a through hollow body A, a grouting hole is formed in the top of one side of the steel box sleeve A, internal threads matched with the external threads are arranged on the inner wall of the other side of the steel box sleeve A, the steel box sleeve B comprises a front part and a rear part which are fixedly connected with each other, the first part adopts a through hollow body B, the second part comprises a hollow body C of which one side is open, the size of the T-shaped end part meets the requirement that the T-shaped end part cannot enter the hollow body A when the connecting pull rod is arranged in the steel box sleeve A, and the size of an inner cavity of the hollow body B meets the requirement that the T-shaped end part can enter a cavity in a non-clamping state.
