The invention discloses a structural insulation integrated precast concrete external wall panel. The precast concrete external wall panel comprises a concrete wall, an insulation board with high tensile strength and high bonding strength and a mortar facing protective layer with high early strength and high bonding strength, wherein the concrete wall, the insulation board and the mortar facing protective layer are adjacently arranged in sequence, one side surface of the insulation board is self-bonded to the mortar facing protective layer, and the other side surface of the insulation board is self-bonded to the concrete wall. The invention further discloses a preparation process of the structural insulation integrated precast concrete external wall panel. The integrity of the insulation board and the bonding strength of the insulation board, concrete and the protective layer are effectively guaranteed through a reverse beating construction process. According to the structural insulation integrated precast concrete external wall panel, the insulation board and the mortar facing protective layer which are high in bonding strength are adopted, the insulation board and the protective layer do not need to be connected through adhesives or anchors through the reverse beating process, the insulation board and the concrete wall do not need to be fixed through embedded parts, the structure is stable, the preparation is easy, and the demolding time is short.
本发明公开了一种结构保温一体化的预制混凝土外墙板，所述预制混凝土外墙板包括依次相邻设置的混凝土墙体、具有高抗拉强度及高粘结强度的保温板、具有高早期强度及高粘结强度的砂浆饰面防护层；所述保温板的一侧面自粘结于所述砂浆饰面防护层，另一侧面自粘结于所述混凝土墙体。本发明还公开了一种结构保温一体化的预制混凝土外墙板制备工艺，通过反打的施工工艺，有效的保证了保温板的完整性及其与混凝土和防护层的粘结强度。本发明采用高粘结强度的保温板和砂浆饰面防护层，通过反打工艺，保温板及防护层无需通过胶粘剂或锚固连接，保温板与混凝土墙体不必采用预埋件进行固定，结构稳定，制备简单、脱模时间短。
