The invention relates to a steel plate-concrete combined reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The steel plate-concrete combined reinforcing structure is used for reinforcing existing concrete and comprises a reinforcing steel plate, a bent rib plate, a penetrating steel bar, an embedded steel bar and a grouting material, wherein the bent rib plate is welded to one side of the reinforcing steel plate, and rib holes are formed in the bent rib plate; the penetrating steel bar penetrates through the rib holes of the bent rib plate, and the head of the penetrating steel bar is welded to the reinforcing steel plate; the embedded steel bar is embedded into the existing concrete, and a T-shaped nut is connected to the embedded steel bar in a threaded mode; the T-shaped nut hooks the penetrating steel bar; and the grouting material is poured between the reinforcing steel plate and the existing concrete, so that the reinforcing steel plate, the grouting material and the existing concrete are combined. According to the steel plate-concrete combined reinforcing structure and the construction method thereof, the strength of a combined surface can be improved, the stability of the steel plate can be improved, and the bearing capacity of the steel plate can be exerted to the maximum extent.
