The invention provides movable square cabin equipment for rapid detection. The movable square cabin equipment comprises a cabinet wall body, from a top view, a sampling operation area, a doctor protection area and an experiment operation area which are isolated from one another are arranged in a space constructed by the cabinet wall body, and the sampling operation area, the doctor protection area and the experiment operation area are correspondingly isolated from one another through isolation walls. The sampling operation area is configured to sample and detect samples, the doctor protection area is configured for entering of medical staff, the experiment operation area is configured for storage or experiment of to-be-detected samples, and the sampling operation area, the doctor protection area and the experiment operation area correspondingly communicate with the outside through respective different access channels. The sampling operation area and the doctor protection area are adjacently arranged, and operation transition windows are formed in the isolation walls and are used for allowing hands of medical workers in the doctor protection area to pass through so as to extend into the sampling operation area. The experiment operation area and the sampling operation area are adjacently arranged, a first transfer window is installed on the partition wall between the experiment operation area and the sampling operation area, the first transfer window is provided with an outer side door leaf and an inner side door leaf, the outer side door leaf is opened towards the sampling operation area, and the inner side door leaf is opened towards the experiment operation area.
