According to the channel water and soil conservation ecological management system, water in the river channel can be sucked to the two sides of the river channel to irrigate the greening vegetation; the sludge at the bottom of the river channel can be sucked to green plants, and fertilizer of the green plants can be increased; and the river channel sludge is cleaned, the dam reinforcing performance on the two sides of the river channel is improved, force generated by flowing water of the river channel is converted into electric power through hydroelectric power generation equipment, the whole system and road lamps can be illuminated, low carbon and environmental protection are achieved, and energy is saved.
