Preparation method of ligand modified zirconium oxide sol and zirconium oxide polycrystalline fiber
The invention relates to a preparation method of ligand modified zirconium oxide sol and zirconium oxide polycrystalline fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving zirconium oxychloride, an organic ligand, an alkaline zirconium source, yttrium salt and a spinning aid in a certain proportion in an aqueous solution to prepare ligand modified zirconium oxide sol; performing electrostatic spinning on the ligand modified zirconium oxide sol to obtain a zirconium oxide precursor fiber; and performing heat treatment on the zirconium oxide precursor fiber to obtain the zirconium oxide polycrystalline fiber. The obtained sol is stable for a long time and good in spinnability, the precursor fiber is high in solid content and insensitive to environmental humidity, the diameter of the obtained polycrystalline zirconia fiber is 0.2-1 micron, the tetragonal phase or cubic phase crystal phase is kept stable at the temperature of 1400 DEG C, and the fiber morphology is complete.
