Raw materials of the temperature-control high-performance solid waste asphalt concrete comprise the following components in parts by weight: 68-74 parts of coarse aggregate, 8-11 parts of fine aggregate, 6.5-7 parts of modified asphalt, 9-13 parts of mineral powder, 8-12 parts of phase-change microcapsules, 0.3-0.5 part of lignin fibers, 0.3 part of a dispersing agent and 1-1.5 parts of an adhesive, wherein the modified asphalt is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 4 parts of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), 3-4 parts of nano ZnO, 1.5-2 parts of a surfactant and 0.2-0.3 part of a plasticizer. The invention has the beneficial effects that the phase change microcapsule is mainly used, and the temperature is regulated and controlled through phase state conversion, energy absorption or energy release, so as to weaken the heat damage of high temperature to the asphalt concrete, improve the bearing capacity and the stability of the pavement and the rutting resistance.
