The invention discloses a one-time fired ceramic foaming insulation device integrated plate comprising a ceramic foaming material layer and a ceramic decorative material layer and characterized in that the ceramic foaming material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of a ceramic polishing material, 20-40 parts of clinker, 5-15 parts of feldspar, 0.3-0.8 part of silicon carbide and 0.3-0.5 part of a dispergator; the ceramic decorative material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of a ceramic polishing material, 10-25 parts of clinker, 6-15 parts of feldspar, 0.05-0.3 part of silicon carbide and 0.2-0.4 part of a dispergator. According to the invention, the two raw materials are directly laid in a mold on a kiln car in an upper-lower two-layer powdery manner without being pressed by a brick press in the middle-early stage, and the two layers of powdery raw materials become colloidal in the mold on the kiln car during firing, are mutually infiltrated at a connecting surface, and are combined into a whole after being cooled; and the ceramic foaming material and the ceramic decorative material are inorganic ceramic materials with linear expansion coefficients reaching a similar range, so that the ceramic foaming material and the ceramic decorative material are not easy to deform and separate after being fired and cooled.
本发明公开了一种一次性烧制陶瓷发泡保温装置一体板,包括陶瓷发泡材料层和陶瓷装饰材料层,其特征在于,所述陶瓷发泡材料层包括以下重量份数的组份:陶瓷抛光料30~60份、熟料20~40份、长石5~15份、碳化硅0.3~0.8份、解胶剂0.3~0.5份;所述陶瓷装饰材料层包括以下重量份数的组份:陶瓷抛光料40~70份、熟料10~25份、长石6~15份、碳化硅0.05~0.3份、解胶剂0.2~0.4份。本发明中中前期不经过压砖机的压制,直接将两种原料上下两层呈粉末状铺设在窑车上的模具内,在烧制时两层粉末原料在窑车上的模具内变成胶状,在连接面处相互渗透,冷却后结合成一体,且陶瓷发泡材料与陶瓷装饰材料两种线性膨胀系数达到相近范围的无机陶瓷材料,烧制冷却后更不易变形脱离。
