Method for replacing sleepers of railway line
The invention discloses a method for replacing sleepers of a railway line, which sequentially comprises the following steps of: raking ballast, dismantling old sleepers, replacing new sleepers and backfilling and arranging a ballast bed. A sleeper lifting device is used in the process of replacing the new sleepers, and spikes matched with pre-embedded track holes in the sleepers are arranged on the lifting mechanism. The new sleeper changing-in process comprises the steps that (a1), the new sleeper is moved to the designated position; (a2) adjacent fastener nodes are measured, and the position of a new sleeper is determined and marked; (a3) a clamping mechanism is clamped at the marked position; (a4) track nails are installed in the pre-buried track holes, located in the inner side of a track, of the new sleeper, and the new sleeper is lifted till the new sleeper is closely attached to the steel rails; (a5) fasteners on the outer sides of the two steel rails are installed; (a6) the sleeper lifting device is disassembled; and (a7) fasteners on the inner sides of the two steel rails are installed. Through the method, the replacement efficiency of sleepers is increased and labor intensity is reduced.
