According to the technical scheme, a concrete surface layer comprises a concrete layer and a steel bar frame filled in the concrete layer, and a waterproof bonding layer comprises a plurality of wide anti-cracking pastes bonded to the top face of the concrete layer, glass fiber grids laid on the top faces of the wide anti-cracking pastes and asphalt waterproof layers covering the wide anti-cracking pastes and located on the outer sides of the glass fiber grids; a drainage stress absorption layer is of a mixture coarse particle skeleton structure, and the mixture coarse particle skeleton structure forms gaps among coarse particles. The stress in the pavement can be absorbed, and the situation that the pavement cracks due to the stress release problem is avoided.
本发明公开了一种应力消除路面,涉及市政工程技术,旨在解决混凝土路面由于自身应力的缘故导致路面极为容易发生裂开的情况,从而对路面的使用寿命大大缩短,导致路面在人们进行行车或者行走过程中极为容易受到影响的问题,其技术方案要点是:混凝土面层包括混凝土层以及填充于混凝土层中的钢筋框架,防水粘接层包括若干粘接在混凝土层顶面的宽防裂贴、铺设在宽防裂贴顶面的玻纤格栅以及覆盖在宽防裂贴且位于玻纤格栅外侧的沥青防水层,排水应力吸收层为混合料粗颗粒骨架结构,混合料粗颗粒骨架结构形成其粗颗粒之间的间隙。本发明能够对路面内部的应力进行吸收,避免路面由于应力释放的问题而发生开裂的情况。
