Large-span steel truss girder erection method
The invention relates to a large-span steel truss girder erection method. The method comprises the steps that a temporary supporting bracket is constructed on a pier close to a shore, and a slideway beam is erected; a sliding trolley is mounted on the slideway beam; an assembled steel truss girder is erected on the sliding trolley; a traction mechanism drives the steel truss girder to move towards the river surface on the slideway beam; a pontoon is erected on the river channel, and the top of a joist support on the pontoon is supported at the bottom of the steel truss girder; the traction mechanism continuously pulls the steel truss girder to move and adjusts the tightness of steel wire ropes at four corners of the pontoon, so that the steel truss girder advances along the middle line of the bridge; and after the front end of the steel truss girder reaches the position above the pier of the opposite bank of the river channel, the pontoon is injected with water and descends, so that the joist support on the pontoon is separated from the steel truss girder, and the front end of the steel truss girder falls onto the pier. The pontoon is dragged by loosening and tensioning the steel wire rope for many times, it can be guaranteed that the pontoon moves in the straight line direction of the center of the pier, the position deviation of the pontoon can be effectively prevented, and deviation of the steel truss girder is avoided.
