The invention discloses a snow and ice removing device for an overpass, wherein the snow and ice removing device comprises a machine shell and a main snow removing mechanism arranged on the left side of the machine shell, the main snow removing mechanism comprises a spraying assembly, a main snow removing assembly, a cutter control assembly and a transverse supporting rod, and the spraying assembly sprays a snow melting agent to the ground to prevent the road surface and steps from being frozen. According to the device, the snow and ice removing difficulty of the overbridge and the steps is overcome, the overbridge pavement is cleaned through the snow brush arranged at the front end of the machine shell, snow and ice are cleaned through cooperation of the snow brush and a snow melting agent sprayed out of the spray head arranged at the upper end of the snow brush, and the steps are cleaned through the snow brushes arranged on the two sides of the machine shell. The pushing-out assembly is limited through the limiting assembly, so that when the pushing-out assembly does not move, the two wings cannot be unfolded, meanwhile, the size is reduced, the snow brush is lifted and descended through the assembly arranged at the rear end of the snow brush, meanwhile, the motor is arranged in the snow brush rotating shaft, and the motor is protected, so that the motor is not short-circuited when running under the dry condition.
