本发明公开了一种管桩封底浇筑施工方法,包括以下步骤:根据管桩尺寸数据工厂预制管桩插芯钢筋;管桩内泥土清理至图纸、规范要求的深度+100mm,对管桩内灰尘、浮浆、污杂物等清理干净;当管桩内充满地下水,采用土袋缠绕铁丝预封底;拌和1:3水泥砂浆,浇筑管桩底部,进行封底处理;待采用高强度等级微膨胀混凝土进行浇筑填芯混凝土;对混凝土表面进行涂刷桩头防水层。本发明通过本方法进行管桩封底浇筑,通过预制管桩插芯钢筋,省去桩头横担钢筋,桩头防水无横担钢筋阻碍,涂刷面平整,同时插芯钢筋底部有封底垫层,避免了插芯钢筋底部托盘锈蚀,并且采用工厂预制,相对原先自行设计焊接钢筋架,有效的缩短了工期,加快了施工进度。
