According to the combined reinforcing structure based on the building pile foundation and the construction method of the combined reinforcing structure, the combined reinforcing structure comprises a base plate, sliding plates and pressing plates, the base plate comprises a pile foundation, a through groove is formed in the middle of the top of the base plate, and the pile foundation is arranged in the through groove; the two sliding plates are of a rectangular structure, a first clamping plate is arranged at the right end of the sliding plate located on the left side, and a second clamping plate is arranged at the left end of the sliding plate located on the right side; and the two pressing plates are of an arc-shaped structure. According to the combined reinforcing structure and the construction method thereof, through cooperation of the two pressing plates, the two connecting rods and the two sliding plates, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate can move in parallel in the opposite directions at the same time, and then the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are separated from the pile foundation at a time.
