The water-facing system ultrahigh retaining wall comprises an outer side wall, an inner side wall and an equipment pipeline, wherein the outer side wall is arranged opposite to a water system to support and fix soil; the inner side wall is arranged corresponding to the outer side wall to form an ultrahigh retaining wall main body structure; the outer side wall and the inner side wall define a water seepage buffer cavity extending in the length direction; and the equipment pipeline is arranged in the water seepage buffer cavity. Through the structure, the problems that a water-facing system ultrahigh retaining wall in the prior art cannot effectively use the internal space of the retaining wall, and a drainage mechanism is difficult to maintain if being damaged can be effectively solved.
