The invention relates to the field of underground structure engineering, and particularly relates to an anti-floating structure of an underground structure and a construction method thereof. The anti-floating structure comprises a bottom plate, wherein two side plates arranged in parallel are connected to the bottom plate, and a plurality of bent steel bars are connected to the side, close to the side plates, of the bottom plate; the bent steel bars comprise first connecting steel bars and second connecting steel bars fixedly connected to the ends, away from the bottom plate, of the first connecting steel bars; connecting holes are formed in the side plates in the vertical direction, the first connecting steel bars are arranged in the connecting holes in a penetrating mode, and the second connecting steel bars are horizontally arranged; and fixing blocks are arranged on the opposite sides of the two side plates, and the second connecting steel bars are arranged in the fixing blocks in a penetrating mode. The anti-floating structure has the effects that the buoyancy force locally borne is dispersed to the whole anti-floating structure, and the possibility that the anti-floating structure shakes due to the buoyancy force is reduced.
