The invention discloses a deformation-adaptive embedded external wall panel and column connecting structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the field of constructions. The connecting structure comprises four non-rigid special-shaped plates, wherein each special-shaped plate comprises a fixing section, an extending section and a connecting section, and the fixing sections and the connecting sections are provided with mounting holes and connecting holes correspondingly; the four special-shaped plates are divided into two groups, the connecting sections of each group of special-shaped plates are connected through fastening bolts, and the two groups of special-shaped plates are correspondingly arranged on the inner side and the outer side of an embedded external wall panel; one fixed section in each group of special-shaped plates is fixed on the inner side or the outer side of the embedded external wall panel through a wall body bolt; the other fixed section in each group of special-shaped plates is fixed on the inner side or the outer side of the column through a column bolt; and a circumferential closed space defined by the embedded external wall panel, the two groups of special-shaped plates and the columns is filled with an elastic filler. According to the connecting structure, the embedded external wall panel can be prevented from being damaged due to deformation and pulling, and the heat insulation, sound insulation and waterproof capacities can also be considered.
