According to the equipment and the method, two translation bottom plates on two vehicle carrying trays on the two vertical circulating frames can be adjusted to be adjacent so that the number of vehicles on the two vertical circulating frames can be conveniently coordinated, and the practicability is high; and the parked vehicles can be automatically conveyed back and forth between the two vertical circulating frames, and the vehicles do not need to be started any more, so that the automation degree is high.
