The invention discloses a lock body structure and a lock. The lock body structure comprises an unlocking structure, wherein the unlocking structure comprises a main bolt unlocking part, an electric driving part and an operation part, in an unlocking process, a motor assembly drives the electric driving part to move, so that a first abutting part of the electric driving part abuts against the main bolt unlocking part to move in a first direction, and a main bolt is retracted; and when the electric driving part loses efficacy due to a motor fault or a circuit board fault, a key or an emergency knob is used for driving the operation part to move, the operation part drives the main bolt unlocking part to continue to move in the first direction, and the main bolt is completely retracted. According to the lock body structure, after an electronic unlocking process is suddenly interrupted, the main bolt can be continuously driven to retract in a mechanical unlocking mode, so that door opening is realized, the situation that a user cannot open a door due to sudden faults in the unlocking process of an electronic lock is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
