The intelligent building waterproof equipment can be opened all the time at ordinary times, so that good indoor ventilation is guaranteed, when a user encounters a rainy condition after going out, the equipment can automatically detect the current air volume and rainfall, and the equipment makes corresponding measures when coping with different magnitudes of wind and rain through intelligent monitoring, therefore, the indoor environment can always enjoy the optimal environment condition, and the user experience is improved.
