Large-scale steel heat-insulation fireproof door with enhanced fire-resistant integrity
The invention relates to a large-scale steel heat-insulation fireproof door with enhanced fire-resistant integrity. The large-scale steel heat-insulation fireproof door comprises a door plate and a water cooling system, wherein the door plate comprises a door frame and a door leaf; the door frame and the door leaf are made of heat-resistant steel; a cavity which is distributed in a circuitous manner is concavely formed in the door leaf; two groups of water filling nozzles which are distributed up and down are formed in the vertical edge of one side, on the door leaf, of the cavity; the two groups of water filling nozzles face the hinged end of the door leaf and the door frame; the door frame is embedded and fixed on a wall body; and the water cooling system comprises two groups of steel pipes which are pre-buried in the wall body and are arranged up and down, connecting pipes which are in sealed insertion connection with the water filling nozzles, and hoses for connecting the connecting pipes with the steel pipes. According to the large-scale steel heat-insulation fireproof door provided by the invention, the fireproof door is cooled in a fire disaster environment through a water cooling manner, so that when a fire disaster occurs, the fireproof door is cooled through continuous water conveying of the water cooling system, and the temperature of the fireproof door is in a controllable range all the time; and the fire-resistant integrity performance of the fireproof door is improved and the time of keeping the structural integrity of the fireproof door is prolonged, so that the protection on indoor life and property safety when the fire disaster occurs is improved.
