The invention discloses an energy-saving door and window capable of adjusting light. The energy-saving door and window comprises a window frame, wherein the window frame comprises a side frame and an end frame; a sliding cavity is formed in the side frame; an edge groove communicated with the sliding cavity is formed in the inner side of the side frame; a through hole communicated with the sliding cavity is formed in the bottom of the side frame; sliding blocks are connected in the sliding cavity in a sliding manner; and a reset spring is arranged between two adjacent sliding blocks. According to the energy-saving door and window capable of adjusting light, a pull rope is pulled to drive the sliding blocks to press down, so that the distance between two adjacent sliding blocks is adjusted, and the top space of the window frame can be opened to realize large-range ventilation or illumination; meanwhile, when the window frame is applied to power equipment, internal elements of the power equipment can be mounted without detaching the window frame, and then the pull rope is bound or fixed in other manners to realize positioning; ventilation or light guide can be realized by rotating window blades; after the pull rope is loosened, resetting can be realized under the elastic action of the reset spring; and the energy-saving door and window is simple to operate, does not need to be driven by power and is high in stability.
