The building energy-saving structure comprises a building body, the building body is provided with a ventilation channel communicating the interior and the exterior of the building body, and an air guide assembly is arranged in the ventilation channel; and the air guide assembly comprises a center rod, a mounting frame and multiple air guide plates, the center rod is fixedly arranged in the ventilation pipeline, the outer side end of the center rod extends and is exposed out of the outer side end of the ventilation channel, the air guide plates are evenly distributed with the center rod as the axis, the mounting frame is fixedly arranged at the outer side end of the center rod, one side of each air guide plate is hinged to the mounting frame, a synchronization assembly is arranged between the other side of each air guide plate and the center rod, therefore, the multiple air guide plates are kept to be unfolded outwards synchronously or folded inwards synchronously, and the multiple air guide plates are folded inwards synchronously to form a horn-shaped air guide structure. According to the building energy-saving structure, the energy consumption required by ventilation equipment operation can be reduced, and the building energy consumption is reduced.
