The invention discloses a wavelength converter for static laser projection and a preparation method of the wavelength converter.The wavelength converter comprises wavelength conversion ceramic, a reflective coating, a binding layer and a heat dissipation base which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; and the emission spectrum of the wavelength conversion ceramic is a wide spectrum and comprises a green light spectrum, a yellow light spectrum and a red light spectrum. The wavelength converter has the advantages of being capable of replacing a traditional fluorescent wheel to serve as a light conversion device of laser projection, small in size, wide in spectrum, high in quantum efficiency and capable of reducing laser projection size.
本发明公开用于静态激光投影的波长转换器及其制备方法，包含有，从上至下依次布置的波长转换陶瓷、反射涂层、绑定层及散热基座；所述波长转换陶瓷的发射光谱为宽光谱，其包含有绿光、黄光和红光光谱。本发明的有益效果在于：可替代传统荧光轮作为激光投影的光转换装置，体积小，光谱宽，量子效率高，能缩小激光投影体积。
