The invention relates to a community building guide board, and belongs to the field of road guide devices. The community building guide board comprises a guide board body used for being provided with a building mark and a cleaning device used for cleaning the guide board body, the guide board body is fixedly connected with an installation base used for being fixed to a wall surface, and a cavity is formed between the installation base and the guide board body. The cleaning device comprises a water collecting container arranged in the cavity and a first scraping plate sliding on the outer surface of the guide plate, the water collecting container is fixedly connected with the scraping plate, the top of the water collecting container is open, a first rotating part is arranged on the installation base, and a rope is arranged on the water collecting container and bypasses the rotating part to be connected with a balancing weight. When the water collecting container is empty, the scraping plate is positioned at the upper end of the guide plate. By means of the community building guide board, pedestrians can be conveniently guided at night, and meanwhile the use cost of the building guide board can be reduced.
