The invention discloses an early-strength asphalt cold patch material and a preparation method thereof. The early-strength asphalt cold patch material comprises the following raw materials: matrix asphalt, an SBS modifier, polyphosphoric acid, a drier, an emulsifier, an inorganic stabilizer, an organic stabilizer, aggregate, mineral powder, cement and water. The method comprises steps of adding the organic stabilizer into water, and uniformly stirring, adding a drier, uniformly stirring, sequentially adding an inorganic stabilizer and an emulsifier, and adjusting the pH value to 2-3 by using industrial hydrochloric acid to prepare liquid soap, drying the aggregate, cooling to room temperature, and mechanically mixing at normal temperature, adding water into the mixing pot, and mechanically mixing to completely wet the aggregate, adding SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt into the aggregate, and mechanically mixing, so that the SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt uniformly coats the surface of the aggregate, and uniformly mixing the mineral powder and the cement, adding the mixture into the aggregate, and mechanically mixing at normal temperature to obtain the early-strength asphalt cold patch material.
