Thermal insulation building block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal insulation building block and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation building block comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of cement, 3-5 parts of silica fume powder, 1-2 parts of water-soluble rubber powder, 0.1-0.2 part of a water repellent, 0.1-0.2 part of an air entraining agent, 40-50 parts of water and 3-5 parts of auxiliary materials. The preparation method comprises the steps: S1, a step of preparing mixed powder: uniformly mixing the cement, the silica fume powder, the water-soluble rubber powder, the water repellent and the air entraining agent according to a certain ratio to prepare the mixed powder; S2, a pulping step: fully stirring the mixed powder prepared in S1 with water and auxiliary materials to form slurry; and S3, a compression molding step: injecting the slurry prepared in the S2 into a mold for compression molding. The thermal insulation building block is of an integrated structure, and is uniform in material, good in stability and light in weight; the thermal insulation building block has the advantages of low heat conductivity coefficient, difficulty in cracking, high safety, convenience in cutting, high adaptability to the size of a wall body, low manufacturing cost and the like.
