The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete block, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of lime, 50-70 parts of sand, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 3-5 parts of gypsum, 8-20 parts of an air entraining agent and 8-20 parts of a regulator, and is characterized in that the fly ash comprises the following main components in percentage by weight: 45-48% of silicon dioxide, 24-25% of aluminum trioxide, 12-14% of ferric oxide and 14-16% of carbon. According to the invention, the autoclaved aerated concrete block prepared according to the raw material components has higher strength; and the air entraining agent and the regulator are added, so that the chemical reaction generated in the stirring process can be better activated, and the production process is more stable.
本发明公开蒸压加气混凝土砌块,以重量份为单位,包括以下组份:水泥10‑20份、石灰20‑30份、砂子50‑70份、粉煤灰10‑20份、石膏3‑5份、加气剂8‑20份、调节剂8‑20份;根据权利要求1所述的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其特征在于:所述粉煤灰中的主要组成物质:二氧化硅的含量为45%‑48%、三氧化铝的含量为24%‑25%、三氧化铁的含量为12%‑14%、碳的含量为14%‑16%;根据该原材料组份制备的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,具备更高的强度;同时增加了加气剂及调节剂,能够更好地激活搅拌中发生的化学反应,使得生产工艺更加的稳定。
