The invention discloses a rapid repairing material based on a magnesium phosphate cement-based sulfate-resistant coating and a preparation method. The rapid repairing material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 68-73 parts of magnesium phosphate cement-based gelling agent powder, 16-21 parts of phosphate, 9-12 parts of a composite retarder, and 2-4 parts of sodium silicate, the magnesium phosphate cement-based gelling agent powder comprises the following components in parts by mass: 82-88 parts of over-burnt magnesia powder, 4-8 parts of nanoscale SiO2 powder, 3-7 parts of nanoscale CaO powder, and 5-8 parts of metakaolin; and the composite retarder is composed of borax, phosphate dodecahydrate and polyphosphate. The magnesium phosphate cement-based rapid repairing material prepared by the invention has the characteristics of rapid setting and hardening, high early strength, strong sulfate corrosion resistance, strong wear resistance, good cohesiveness and the like, has strong cohesiveness with an old concrete structure matrix, and is simple in preparation process, convenient to use, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
