Production method of pre-sintered material of permanent magnetic ferrite
The invention discloses a production method of a pre-sintered material of permanent magnetic ferrite. The production method specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing a raw permanent magnetic ferrite material, namely iron red and a mixed filler, adding calcium titanate, and conducting mixing to obtain mixed powder; step 2, carrying out wet ball milling on the mixed powder, steel balls and water, wherein wet ball milling time is 5-6 hours; and step 3, carrying out filter pressing dehydration on the slurry, controlling the water content of the slurry to be 35-40%, and then carrying out microwave pre-sintering under an oxygen-enriched condition to generate the pre-sintered material of permanent magnetic ferrite. The pre-sintered material of permanent magnetic ferrite is prepared by adopting microwave pre-sintering which comprises primary pre-sintering and secondary pre-sintering, so all the components in a material body react completely, and the performance of the pre-sintered material is favorably improved; and the added mixed filler is composed of porous silicon carbide and strontium carbonate, so the specific surface area of the silicon carbide is increased during sintering, the adsorption performance of the silicon carbide is improved, the silicon carbide is tightly combined with other fillers, and the comprehensive performance of the permanent magnetic ferrite is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种永磁铁氧体预烧料的生产方法,具体方法包含以下步骤:将永磁铁氧体原料铁红和混合填料混合,加入钛酸钙混合为混合粉料;步骤二、将混合粉料:钢球:水进行湿法球磨,湿法球磨时间为5‑6小时;步骤三、将料浆压滤脱水,控制浆料的含水量为35~40%,然后在富氧条件下经过微波预烧,生成永磁铁氧体预烧料。通过采用微波预烧来制备永磁铁氧体预烧料,包括一次预烧和二次预烧,使料体中的各组分反应完全,有助于提高预烧料的性能;且添加的混合填料由多孔碳化硅和碳酸锶组成,在烧结时增大碳化硅的比表面积,增大其吸附性能,使其与其他填料紧密结合,增强永磁铁氧体的综合性能。
