Flame-retardant EPS composite foam containing expandable graphite and preparation method of flame-retardant EPS composite foam
The invention discloses flame-retardant EPS composite foam containing expandable graphite and a preparation method of the flame-retardant EPS composite foam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) taking fine flake graphite, an oxidizing agent and an intercalation agent as raw materials, and preparing expandable graphite by adopting a chemical intercalation method; 2) carrying out surface modification on the expandable graphite by adopting a modifier; 3) adding the surface-modified expandable graphite into styrene, dispersing, adding an initiator, continuously stirring, and pre-polymerizing to obtain an expandable graphite/styrene pre-polymerized solution; 4) adding a dispersing agent and water into a reaction container, stirring, adding the expandable graphite/styrene prepolymer solution, and adding a foaming agent for reaction to obtain expandable graphite/polystyrene particles; and 5) pre-foaming the expandable graphite/polystyrene particles in water vapor, curing, and carrying out high-pressure foaming molding to obtain the flame-retardant EPS composite foam containing expandable graphite. The preparation process is simple, and the prepared composite foam has good thermal insulation performance and flame retardant performance.
本发明公开了一种含可膨胀石墨的阻燃型EPS复合泡沫及其制备方法。该制备方法包括如下步骤:1)以细鳞片石墨、氧化剂和插层剂为原料,采用化学插层法制备可膨胀石墨;2)采用改性剂对可膨胀石墨进行表面改性;3)将表面改性可膨胀石墨加入苯乙烯中,分散后加入引发剂持续搅拌进行预聚,得到可膨胀石墨/苯乙烯预聚溶液;4)将分散剂和水加入反应容器,搅拌后加入可膨胀石墨/苯乙烯预聚溶液,加入发泡剂反应,得到可膨胀石墨/聚苯乙烯颗粒;5)将可膨胀石墨/聚苯乙烯颗粒在水蒸气下预先发泡,熟化后进行高压发泡成型,得到含可膨胀石墨的阻燃型EPS复合泡沫。本发明的制备工艺简单,制得的复合泡沫具有良好的保温性能和阻燃性能。
