UHPC stone-like building material structure
The invention provides a UHPC stone-like building material structure which comprises a surface layer and a base layer, the surface layer is located above the base layer, the surface layer is formed by spraying and curing slurry of at least two colors, the surface layer is provided with at least two convex spots with the colors consistent with the color of the sprayed slurry, and the convex spots are randomly scattered to form an uneven surface. Compared with the prior art, the UHPC stone-like building material structure prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has concave-convex stereoscopic impression and natural stone texture sense, and is strong in decorative effect; the hardness is high; and the construction process is simple and convenient to operate.
本发明提供了一种UHPC仿石建材结构，包括面层和基础层，所述面层位于所述基础层上方，所述面层由至少两种颜色的浆料喷涂固化形成，所述面层至少具有两种颜色分别与所喷涂浆料颜色一致的若干凸斑，所述凸斑随机散布形成不平整表面。相较现有技术，本发明所述方法制得的UHPC仿石建材结构具有凹凸立体感和天然石材纹理感，装饰效果强；硬度高，耐磨防滑；且其施工工艺简单，操作方便。
