The invention provides a heat preservation device for municipal bridge concrete steel formworks and a using method thereof. The heat preservation device comprises a plurality of steel formworks, connecting parts, inserting parts and flow guide parts. Any one of the steel templates is provided with the connecting part, and the adjacent steel templates are connected through the respective connecting parts. The inserting part is arranged on the steel template and is connected with the flow guide part in an inserting manner. The flow guide part is arranged on the insertion part and is used for guiding hot water. The heat preservation device has the beneficial effects that the problems that in the prior art, the fixing reliability between the heat preservation device and a steel formwork is poor, and the heat preservation device is only suitable for a straight-plate-shaped formwork, not suitable for formworks of other shapes and not suitable for production and manufacturing of an oval pier are effectively solved.
本发明提供一种用于市政桥梁混凝土钢模板的保温装置及其使用方法,包括:若干钢模板、连接部、插接部和导流部;所述任一钢模板上设置有所述连接部,相邻所述钢模板通过各自的连接部连接;所述插接部设置在所述钢模板上,插接所述导流部;所述导流部设置在所述插接部上,用于导流热水。本发明的有益效果是有效的解决现有技术中保温装置与钢模板之间的固定可靠性较差,其只适用于直板状的模板,不适用于其它形状的模板,进而不适用于椭圆桥墩的生产制造的问题。
