The invention discloses a construction tool and method for improving scouring resistance of an over-water building by using stone-buried concrete. The method comprises the steps that old concrete is chiseled and cleaned; impurities of the old concrete are brushed away; templates are arranged around the old concrete, and elevation control lines are marked on the templates; mortar is laid on the bottom surface of the brushed old concrete, and then stone is laid; the mortar is filled and covered in the old concrete laid with the stone in the step 4, and warehousing is carried out; and water curing is carried out, and the templates are removed, so that the construction tool is completed. The construction tool and method have the advantages that when the flow speed is high and suspended load (silt) or bed load (stone) is carried in water flow, the building is prevented from being seriously scoured and abraded, cavitation erosion is avoided, the scouring and abrasion resistance effect is enhanced, the service life of a defect part can be prolonged, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了用埋石混凝土提高过水建筑物抵抗冲刷的施工工具及方法,包括凿除并清理老旧混凝土;刷除老旧混凝土的杂质;在老旧混凝土四周设置模板,并在模板上标识高程控制线;在刷除后的老旧混凝土底面铺设砂浆,再铺设石料;将砂浆填充覆盖到步骤4中已铺设石料的老旧混凝土中,入仓;晒水养护,拆模,即可完成。本发明优点是:避免当流速较高且水流中又夹带着悬移质(泥沙)或推移质(石块)时,建筑物遭受冲磨、空蚀就严重,增强抗冲磨效果,能够提高缺陷部位的寿命,降低工程造价。
