The invention provides a self-tapping grouting counter-force anchor. The self-tapping grouting counter-force anchor comprises an anchor head, a thrust device and an injection pipe; the injection pipe is a full-length hollow pipe; the anchor head comprises a drill bit and a sliding groove linkage mechanism, the drill bit sleeves at the front end of the injection pipe, a sliding way is arranged on the side wall of a sleeve of the drill bit, and the sliding groove linkage mechanism is arranged in the sliding way and can slide in the sliding way in a retractable mode; the thrust device comprises a thrust rod and an adjusting nut, the thrust rod sleeves the middle of the injection pipe, the front end of the thrust rod abuts against the tail end of the sliding groove linkage mechanism, the adjusting nut is connected to the injection pipe in a threaded mode, and the front end of the adjusting nut abuts against the rear side of the thrust rod. The self-tapping grouting counter-force anchor can automatically drive discharging of mud scraps to complete drilling and filling agent injection, so that the counter-force anchor is rapidly built, large-scale machinery cooperation is not needed, and the self-tapping grouting counter-force anchor is simple and practical.
