The invention discloses a section steel bundle concrete composite column structure. The section steel bundle concrete composite column structure comprises a hollow section steel bundle and plain concrete, wherein the hollow section steel bundle comprises a plurality of webs and two stress section steel components which are oppositely arranged, the stress section steel components are vertically arranged and are provided with opposite first sides and second sides, the webs are connected between the two sides of the two stress section steel components, and the webs are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the stress section steel components; and the plain concrete wraps the two stress section steel components and the webs to be solidified to form a solidified body, the thickness of a plain concrete protective layer on the outer side of the hollow section steel bundle is 20-50mm, the two ends of the stress section steel components extend to form connecting parts correspondingly, and the connecting parts extend to the outside of the solidified body. According to the section steel bundle concrete composite column structure, the problems that a fabricated concrete structure system in existing constructional engineering is poor in stress system, sleeve grouting at the connecting position is not compact, especially, the joint stress and anti-seismic property are insufficient, a steel-concrete composite structure system needs fireproof coating, the construction period is long, the manufacturing cost is high, and decoration is not easy are solved.
本发明公开了一种型钢束混凝土组合柱结构,包括:空腹型钢束,包括多个腹板和相对设置的两受力型钢构件,受力型钢构件竖向设置且具有相对的第一侧和第二侧,两受力型钢构件的两侧之间分别连接有多个腹板,多个腹板沿受力型钢构件的长度方向间隔设置;以及素混凝土,包覆于两个受力型钢构件和多个腹板以固结形成固结体,空腹型钢束的外侧的素混凝土保护层厚度为20‑50mm,受力型钢构件的两端分别延伸形成连接部,连接部伸至固结体的外部。本发明解决了现有建筑工程中的装配式混凝土结构体系存在的受力体系差,连接处套筒注浆不密实尤其是节点受力、抗震性能不足以及钢混组合结构体系中需要防火涂料、工期长、造价高及不易装修的问题。
