The invention discloses a self-compacting lightweight concrete heat-insulation constructional column formwork building block. The constructional column formwork building block is formed by pouring self-compacting lightweight concrete slurry and heat-insulation extruded sheets in a formwork forming vehicle at a time. The constructional column formwork building blocks are alternately spliced with one another along with the number of building layers, and meanwhile energy-saving self-heat-insulation composite building blocks are sequentially built, so that a formwork-supporting-free energy-saving self-heat-insulation constructional column formwork cavity is formed. The constructional column formwork building blocks are combined and built to form constructional columns in different forms, and constructional column concrete can be poured along with the built formwork building blocks or poured at a time through a reserved pouring opening after the building blocks are built.
