The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced concrete beam. The carbon fiber reinforced concrete beam comprises a beam body frame and a column body frame, wherein every two of a plurality of first waveform stressed steel bars on each layer of the beam body frame form a group and form two first nodes correspondingly, every two adjacent first nodes in the horizontal direction are connected through a first steel bar, every two adjacent first nodes in the vertical direction are connected through a second steel bar, and first carbon fiber plates are arranged on the two sides of the first waveform stressed steel bars and the two sides of the first steel bars correspondingly on each layer; every two of the multiple second waveform stressed steel bars on each layer of the column body frame form a group and form two second nodes correspondingly, every two adjacent second nodes in the horizontal direction are connected through a third steel bar, every two adjacent second nodes in the vertical direction are connected through a fourth steel bar, and second carbon fiber plates are arranged on the two sides of the second waveform stressed steel bars and the third steel bars correspondingly on each layer. According to the carbon fiber reinforced concrete beam, the problem that a traditional reinforced concrete beam is poor in anti-seismic property is solved.
