The invention discloses a multi-component intelligent monitoring system for urban roads, relates to the technical field of monitoring systems for urban road traffic, and aims to solve the problems that the shooting angle of a camera for an urban road monitoring system in the current market is limited, so that a dead angle exists in shooting; and when a traffic accident occurs in the dead angle, shooting is incomplete, so that evidence collection is difficult. The system comprises a monitoring frame, a monitoring image processing system, a device management system, a monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle control system, a traffic signal lamp control system, a congestion display system and a feature extraction system, supporting columns are arranged at the two ends of the monitoring frame, and a top plate is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the monitoring frame. Three upper three-dimensional camera shooting mechanisms are sequentially arranged below the top plate, a monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle is arranged at one sides of the three upper three-dimensional camera shooting mechanisms, and a dredging display module is arranged at the side, away from the monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle, of the upper three-dimensional camera shooting mechanism at one side, and side three-dimensional camera shooting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the supporting column.
