The technical problem is how to design the towel moisture-proof dressing and washing table which can replace manual work to squeeze out water in towels, prevent the towels from mildewing and breeding bacteria and completely squeeze out water in the towels. The towel moisture-proof dressing and washing table comprises a main frame, wherein a dressing and washing table is fixedly connected between the two sides of the main frame; and supporting legs fixedly connected to the edge positions of one side of the dressing and washing table.
