Oil-water collecting and separating system
The invention discloses an oil-water collecting and separating system. One path of a liquid outlet of a crude oil collecting device is connected with a liquid inlet of an oil-water separator, the other path of the liquid outlet of the crude oil collecting device is connected with a first liquid inlet of a micronization pool, a shell water outlet of the oil-water separator is connected with a second liquid inlet of the micronization pool, and a shell oil outlet of the oil-water separator is connected with an oil collecting tank; a liquid outlet of the micronization pool is connected with a liquid inlet of the filter, a water outlet of the filter is connected with the drainage bin, a liquid outlet of the filter is connected with a liquid return port of the micronization pool, and a slag outlet of the filter is connected with the slag collecting groove. Large-range crude oil recovery is realized, and a purification effect on related water bodies can also be achieved; leaked crude oil is collected through a crude oil recovery device, then the collected oil-water mixture is subjected to oil-water separation through an oil-water separator, separated water enters a micronization pool to be further treated, aromatic compounds in the water are decomposed, then the water is filtered through a filter, and qualified water is discharged; the method is efficient, environment-friendly and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种油水收集分离系统,原油收集装置出液口一路与油水分离器的进液口相连、另一路与微化池的第一进液口相连,油水分离器的壳体出水口与微化池的第二进液口相连,油水分离器的壳体出油口与集油槽相连;微化池的出液口与过滤器的进液口相连,过滤器的出水口与排水仓相连,过滤器的出液口微化池的回液口相连,过滤器的出渣口与集渣槽相连。实现大范围原油回收也能对相关水体起到净化作用;通过原油回收装置将泄漏原油收集起来,之后将收集到的油水混合物通过油水分离器,实现油水分离,分离出的水进入微化池进一步处理,分解其中的芳香族化合物,然后通过过滤器过滤,将检测合格的水进行排出;高效、环保,低成本。
